During my recent stay, I discovered that this hotel is just minutes from the main strip, making it extremely easy to access all the major attractions without getting caught in hectic traffic; within a short stroll, I found gems like the World's Largest Toy Museum, the Titanic Museum, and the Butterfly Palace, all within about a mile, not to mention a good selection of restaurants like Red Lobster and Golden Corral just a few moments away. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was well-stocked, with options that even my picky niece loved! The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for family stays, especially with options that can accommodate three beds in one room for an affordable price. However, a few issues like noisy guests and some maintenance needs could be improved for a better guest experience.

Rooms were super clean and comfy. Air conditioning worked great, loved having a private bathroom. The alarm clock was handy. Plus, sun loungers by the pool were nice for relaxing. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Perfect spot for families.

The customer service here was a total letdown. Staff openly discussed other guests' issues in the lobby and had an attitude about it. It felt disrespectful and made our stay way less enjoyable. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Comfortable beds, clean facilities with an excellent location that allowed easy access to nearby attractions and a wonderful first-floor upgrade that made our stay peaceful next to the soundproof staircase.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had basic amenities, but the AC issues and room maintenance were disappointing for the price. However, the location near Silver Dollar City was convenient. Despite some cleanliness and odor problems, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast options were decent. I appreciated the soundproof stairs, good sleep, and tasty gravy, planning to stay again.
