We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city. the location was unbeatable, just a few blocks from all the major attractions. And even though it was located near the hustle and bustle, the room was still quiet and peaceful. the size of the room was also a pleasant surprise, offering plenty of space for our comfort. Plus, the staff provided exceptional customer service, from the friendly valet attendant to the attentive room attendant. It made our stay even more enjoyable.

They were always available to assist us and made us feel right at home. the provision of complimentary coffee, tea, and hot water throughout the day was a great perk. the cleaning staff also deserves a special mention as they did an excellent job of keeping the place clean and tidy. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas and just a short walk to the beach.

We also appreciated the delicious breakfast options and the fact that the doors were secured late at night for added safety. our experience at Sonesta was beyond our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Although our stay was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. The elevators could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, as one of them broke down on Saturday.
