The owners provided useful tips for exploring and made it easy to finalize our plans. I enjoyed the honesty bar during the evenings. It felt like home while soaking in the local atmosphere. I appreciate the warm hospitality, resembling the comfort of my Roman roots.

I never expected such a cozy vibe from the moment we arrived, my mother and I were welcomed like family,, especially when they surprised her with cupcakes for her birthday! Spa facilities were a highlight, too. Pool towels were provided, and I enjoyed lounging by the serene pool. Super cozy atmosphere, felt right at home.

It would have been great to have a mini fridge in the room to keep bottled water cool, especially after long days exploring Merida.

the tequila tasting bar was a fun touch to unwind at night. we couldn't find a place to eat dinner nearby.

The brekkie was a highlight every day—so many homemade salsas and those cookies waiting in the evening? Lekker! And the way Sara and Neil helped us plan our day? It felt like we were chatting with chommies, not just hosts. Plus, the pool was such a nice touch after hot days!

Only downside was perhaps the slight lack of local food spots nearby for dinner—had to Uber a bit to find a proper jol.
