We absolutely loved the location of the apartment, it was so convenient being close to the beach and the town. The amenities were great, especially the nice pool and the access to the Royal Atlantic Hotels pool. It was perfect for us as party people, with a vibrant atmosphere and a bar and grill right by the second heated pool. Being able to walk to the restaurants and shops was a huge plus as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location with a beautiful beach across the street, great restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. Clean rooms, plenty of space, and a comfortable bed. The owner provides all kitchen essentials. Spoke to the owners directly for helpful info on what to do. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Our stay at the Apartment In Royal Atlantic Beach Resort was great! The location was perfect, close to both the beach and town. The apartment was spacious, with a nice balcony and plenty of amenities. The host, Melissa, was very helpful and provided us with great recommendations for trails and restaurants. We had two smart TVs and were able to mirror Netflix from our phones. The AC units also served as heaters in the winter, which was a nice bonus. Using the door code for entry was convenient and easy.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as not receiving clean towels and some broken/dirty items upon arrival, overall our stay was enjoyable. Bringing toiletries is necessary since it's a private apartment, but other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

Additionally, the two AC units provided heating which was a plus during the winter months. we had a fantastic experience and are already planning to return next year for a longer stay. We couldn't have asked for more!

My partner and I had a fantastic time staying at Royal Atlantic Beach Resort. We were there for a week-long vacation and the spacious apartment for two was perfect for our needs. She provided great suggestions for nearby trails and restaurants. The apartment had plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, and dishes. We were pleasantly surprised by the two smart TVs in the apartment, which allowed us to easily mirror Netflix from our cell phones. The two AC units served as heating units during the winter, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. Using the door code provided was also convenient, although I do hope it is switched between guests. our stay was made even better by the lovely apartment and excellent service from Melissa. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. It was really convenient to have the beach just across the street, and the balcony provided a great view of the heated pool. Plus, being in the heart of town meant that we could easily walk to all the restaurants and shops. Another great aspect was the helpfulness of Melissa. She was always accessible and gave us great recommendations for trails and restaurants. We also appreciated the abundance of extra pillows, blankets, towels, and dishes provided in the apartment.

One thing that would have been helpful to know beforehand is that the apartment is not directly on the beach, but part of a different section of the resort. This wasn't made clear when we booked through the third-party site.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, and the room was impeccably clean with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The host, whom I'll refer to as “M”, provided us with great insider tips for exploring Montauk, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to amazing restaurants.

It would have been nice to have better options for breakfast as the current selection was limited.
