However, the staff was incredibly understanding and gave us a larger room as a "supposed upgrade" without a view. They even offered us a rate discount to make up for the inconvenience. The staff's kindness and willingness to accommodate us made a huge difference. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality items and fresh orange juice. The shower in our room had excellent water pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. Despite the minor hiccups, we enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Punta del Este and overall, it was a lovely experience. the location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the beautiful views of the city. One of the highlights was the breakfast, with a delicious variety of pastries, bread, and fruit.

Our room was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. the lack of blackout blinds also meant that we woke up frequently throughout the night.
