I recently stayed at the Surestay Collection By Best Western in Petoskey for a few nights in February. The inn was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had a great variety of options. We also enjoyed the pool area, especially the hot tub after a day of skiing. One morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our car windows had been cleaned off after it had snowed the night before. The location was convenient, offering easy access to downtown Petoskey, as well as being centrally located for day trips to Mackinac Bridge and Traverse. it was a great value and a delightful stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

the manager during my stay, specifically in the afternoon and at night, was exceptionally great. He provided excellent customer service and even allowed us to use the hotel's bikes for free to take a leisurely ride around town. the hotel also had a nice pool for relaxation. the highlight of my stay was the room itself, which was on the water side with a private balcony offering breathtaking views of Little Traverse Bay. It was exactly what I had booked and hoped for. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with English muffins and gravy being my personal favorite. the location of the hotel was convenient, not too far from the places we wanted to dine at for dinner. the Surestay Collection By Best Western provided a good value for the cost in the area.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, overlooking Lake Michigan. It's a bit of a hike up the steep hill, but well worth it for the stunning views. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The breakfast is good and provides a variety of choices, including a do-it-yourself waffle machine. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering free limo transportation to downtown and other areas.

The noise from the nearby outdoor mall can be a bit of a nuisance at times.

The balcony is the best part with an awesome view of the sunset. Rooms are homey, charming, and quite large with comfortable beds. The indoor pool is perfect for children. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location with a free shuttle service to shops, restaurants, wineries, and casino.

Our family's trip was made extra special by our stay at the Apple Tree Inn. The staff was amazing and the pool was fantastic. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the deck eating area was a nice touch. The location was very convenient, with easy access to parks, hiking trails, and downtown.

We loved how close this place was to everything: shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy we needed. The limousine service was a nice touch, and made it easy to get around without worrying about driving. Our room had a balcony with garden furniture, and the fresh-smelling sheets made sleeping even more comfortable.

As a family with 2 small kids, we loved the central location and easy access to town and area attractions. The spacious room, large mini fridge, and microwave were perfect for our needs. The friendly staff, great view, comfortable bed, and clean accommodations made our stay enjoyable.

This hotel is in an excellent location close to everything downtown. The room with a balcony and a King size bed was comfortable and featured most all of the necessary equipment. The breakfast was great and had a good selection of food. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the lake from our room. The room was clean and cozy with nice extra touches like spa toiletries. Appreciated the balcony to enjoy the view. a wonderful stay. Drawback: Limited breakfast options. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Complementary breakfast was really good. Had nice variety and tasted delicious. the hotel was located in a great spot for Thanksgiving. Family enjoyed the nearby attractions and shopping centers. the view from the balcony was absolutely divine and made it feel like home.

The hot tub was disgustingly over-chlorinated and had a foul odor. This was pretty unbearable and a hazard to children who may have sensitive skin or asthma.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, free WiFi , decent breakfast, excellent stay.
