Staying here was a great experience. The hotel is close to everything but in a quiet calm pocket. The terrace bar area was right by the hotel, providing a lovely view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was amazing with heating and air conditioning, free toiletries and a terrace with garden furniture. The restaurant and lounge area were fantastic with a snack bar and happy hour available. The leisure facilities were impressive, with a sun terrace and wi-fi. The hotel had an unbeatable location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars. the rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and had great toiletries. the staff were very professional and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the free drink on arrival, and the list of recommended restaurants was very helpful.

the communication system relied heavily on texts, which could be problematic for international travellers. However, the lack of coffee machine in the room was easily resolved by the reception staff, who provided boiling water on request.
