This hotel is superb! the location is fantastic, situated above a lovely square along a major street, with easy access to the city center by tram. The staff is attentive and provides excellent customer service. The rooms are well-maintained and offer either a view of a charming clock tower or a handicapped washroom, which shows attention to detail and inclusivity. The beds are quite big and comfortable, whether you opt for a room with a single bed or two beds. Additionally, the fact that breakfast is included in the rate is a great value for money.

I had a great experience staying at the Best Western Hotel Spirgarten. The room was much better than I expected, and the bathroom was amazing with a heated towel rack and adjustable shower head. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed about the trams and trains in Zurich. The location was convenient, with a tram station right next to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Zurich.

The room was poorly insulated, making it very noisy and difficult to sleep. the bells from a nearby church rang every 15 minutes, even throughout the night, which was very disruptive.
