The value for the money at this lodge was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, close to Lake Arrowhead village and Snow Valley Resort. The staff, especially Duke, were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

I recently stayed at a charming lodge that felt like a cozy cabin. The comfortable bed and efficient heater made my stay delightful. The bathroom had good water pressure and temperature. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the village where I found shopping, dining, and a supermarket. The lodge is currently undergoing renovations, which made me excited to see the changes.

Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a romantic escape and loved the cozy cabin-style room with a romantic fireplace. the beautiful surroundings of tall trees created a peaceful atmosphere. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the village and close to nature trails, perfect for exploring.

The room was not entirely clean and there were some outdated furniture and curtains. the thin walls made it difficult to escape noise from neighboring rooms.

Studio cottages with recently renovated fireplace. Helpful staff provided fire starters and local suggestions. Convenient location near town and surrounded by woods. Clean and comfortable cabin in the San Bernardino Mountains. Adorned with lovely scents and décor.

I recently stayed at the charming Arrowhead Tree Top Lodge for a night during a long road trip. The staff at this hotel was incredibly accommodating and friendly, even though we arrived late at night. The rooms and bathrooms were always spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the small touches like the free parking and firewood for the fireplace. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus. the staff's attentiveness and the cozy atmosphere made for a pleasant stay.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
