I had a lovely stay at this clean and cozy downtown hotel. My room on the 17th floor was small but impeccably clean with luxurious linens and a beautiful bathroom. The sliding glass doors and excellent shower head made for a great shower experience. The mini-fridge was a convenient addition and the reasonable resort fee included free water and snacks. The A/C was quiet and effective. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep with no noise disruption. The hotel's location in the Financial District was perfect for exploring lower Manhattan and the nearby attractions. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and the provided facilities, such as a mini fridge and tea kettle, were excellent.

The hotel had an amazing smell when you walk in and the lobby had a great ambiance. the staff was extremely helpful and stored our luggage before check-in. the directions they gave us for sightseeing were super helpful. the room was clean, tidy, and the temperature was perfect. We had zero problems during our stay.

The bathroom mirror was dirty and the staff didn't address the alarm that was going off all night. Also, when we paid for additional nights, the cookies and chips were not included.

Excellent location close to Battery Park, Seaport area, and subway. Loved the shower. Rooms were clean, beds comfy. Enjoyed the in-room coffee machine every morning. Rooms seemed almost soundproof. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is exceptional, right in the center of everything in lower Manhattan. We were close to the subway station, NYC ferries, and all of lower Manhattan's attractions, including the start of the Brooklyn Bridge walk. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities were great, with a nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, and a nice shower with good water pressure.
