I had a great stay at this hotel in Greenville, South Carolina. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The shuttle driver, Chaz, was amazing, providing great recommendations and always being prompt and courteous. The bartender, Krista, was also fantastic, offering assistance with anything I needed. The service here is truly top-notch!

This hotel is in a good location, very close to downtown Greenville and the city's shopping district. It's also convenient for travelers as it's not far from the airport and they provide a shuttle service. The rooms are well-kept daily, even with all the foot traffic from our conference.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the mall and in the shopping mecca of this city. It is also conveniently located close to everything in the Greenville area. The staff, especially Gracie and Benjamin at the front desk, were excellent in accommodating us during our stay. The room was great, with nice clean beds and well-stocked amenities. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we found the cleanliness to be exceptional.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was close to everything we needed to get to within a 5 mile radius. The airport was also easily accessible from here. The building itself had a great design, and was located in a picturesque spot. The room service and laundry services were particularly impressive, making our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the warm welcome drink we were given upon arrival. The room itself was spacious, well-lit, and had all the necessary facilities one would need during their stay.

We found the staff to be a bit rude and not very helpful when we asked questions. However, we don't think this should discourage others from staying here, as all the other aspects of this place were fantastic.

The hotel's prime location makes it easy to access the mall and city's attractions. The fitness center and indoor swimming pool are well equipped, while the guest rooms come with a king-size bed, mini fridge, and microwave.

The housekeeping staff falls short on service. The towels and washcloths are often in short supply, and coffee and cups are not always restocked.

The value for money at the Hilton in Greenville was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff treated us with kindness and professionalism.
