Lovely hotel in a college town. Accommodations were clean and fresh. Pool area was also clean and comfortable. Good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. a great stay.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-organized. The hotel is conveniently located near a great restaurant and bar with a patio, where guests receive a $5 voucher for a drink. Another fantastic restaurant is also within a 5-minute walk. Families with kids will appreciate the adjacent amenities and the fact that no driving is required.

The breakfast offered was mediocre, with the oatmeal being made with water and the cheese omelette being rubbery. the breakfast could have been improved with additions like bacon or a chopped fruit salad.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was good but the highlight of my stay was the helpfulness of the front desk staff. I would recommend this hotel.

We especially enjoyed dining at the restaurant next door, Anthony's. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location on Lake Champlain, with stunning views of the Adirondacks in the Fall. the hotel was exceptionally clean, making it a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The parking lot was dark upon arrival, making it difficult to find our way. There was a mix-up with our reservations upon check-out, causing confusion and inconvenience.

The hot omelet was delicious and the dining area was clean. The staff, including Maria and Sharon at the front desk, were friendly and provided a comfortable room. The breakfast included was excellent. The view from the top room was scenic.

I drove up to help my daughter move home from college and decided to stay overnight at Hampton Inn in Plattsburgh. Best decision ever! The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us early check-in and even helping with an awkward situation involving my aging parents. The breakfast had a good variety, and the dining room was clean. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was relaxing, and not crowded. I will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was fantastic.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Plattsburgh and I got great value for my money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, like a fridge and a microwave. The location was also convenient, near the highway to Canada. But what really stood out was the staff - they were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at home throughout my stay.

The only thing I would have liked to see on the breakfast menu was almond or soy milk for those of us who avoid dairy.
