The area around the hotel was bustling with loads of cool stuff from casinos to fantastic eateries, all just a short stroll away. The suite we landed was much bigger than expected, and room service chow was spot on, just wished we had a microwave for reheating those generous portions. The Wi-Fi did take a hit in the evenings, maybe due to some event going on downstairs, but didn't ruin the fantastic vibe. 🌟

The Atheneum offered stunning views of the downtown buildings, which made for a mesmerizing backdrop during my stay. The Atheneum Suite Hotel in Detroit had a lot of activity nearby, close to the MGM casino, where I enjoyed a concert at Little Caesars Arena and visits to Hitsville USA and Detroit Historical Museum. The in-room whirlpool was a relaxing treat, and the valet service was efficient. Free shuttle service with a friendly driver, Curtis, was a highlight, and the spacious rooms provided a comfortable stay. On the downside, a lack of onsite dining options was a drawback. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Detroit, with key landmarks and attractions within walking distance. The nearby relaxation options, such as the casino, and the proximity to iconic landmarks like The Fillmore Detroit and Comerica Park, made for a memorable trip with my family for a concert and exploration of the city.

The suite here was incredible, spacious with a separate living room and bedroom, and a television in both. the service was outstanding, with fast room service and courteous staff. the bathroom was clean and well-equipped, providing essentials and plenty of towels. the location was fantastic, near stadiums, a local market, and great restaurants next door. the bed was huge and comfortable, making for a restful sleep.

It would be nice if the hotel could improve on the AC situation, as it can get a bit warm in the rooms. clarifying the smoking areas outside the hotel could be helpful for guests.

the hotel's convenient location allowed me to explore nearby attractions on foot, avoiding the need for public transportation. the friendly bar staff mixed delicious cocktails, adding to my enjoyable experience during my visit.

During my transit through Detroit, I stayed at Atheneum Suite Hotel, conveniently located only 40 km away from Detroit Metro. The all-suite hotel offered spacious and comfortable accommodations, complete with a coffee machine, iron, and plasma television in each room. The multi-service banquet rooms created a welcoming and homely atmosphere, perfect for relaxation after a long journey.

During my stay, I noticed some confetti on the floor of the room, indicating that it had not been vacuumed thoroughly. While the surfaces seemed clean, this oversight raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

The location of this hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants and bars, as well as being close to Ford Field. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient.

While everything else about this hotel was great, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the cleanliness. The carpets in the rooms seemed to retain a slight odor, making the overall atmosphere less pleasant than it could have been.

We were welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff who anticipated our arrival time and had everything ready for us. the location couldn't have been better, with Greektown just around the corner and Comerica and Ford Field within walking distance. the rooms were spacious, making it perfect for a group stay. a great experience and value for money.

My honey and I had a wonderful stay at Atheneum Suite for his Birthday celebration. The room was spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable atmosphere. We appreciated the easy access to Fishbones and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel's beautiful decor, including the giant Christmas tree and lovely white poinsettias, added to the overall charm. The view from the 7th floor was also a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy the greenery. We look forward to returning soon!
