It was all superb.

The location was perfect for attending a Braves game at Trust Park, within walking distance. The fitness center was well-maintained and had all the necessary equipment. The hotel lobby was beautifully refurbished, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the best I've encountered in any hotel. The pool, though small, was clean and warm, and there were plenty of clean towels available. Charging valet parking to the room was convenient and only slightly more expensive than standard parking.

Felt very lucky, as everything was hassle-free and enjoyable.

The two main highlights of my stay were the comfortable bed and pillows, which ensured a good night's sleep, and the excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel's location was also a key advantage, as it was conveniently close to major highways, making it easy to navigate through the city. Additionally, I appreciated the plentiful and reasonably priced parking, which provided a hassle-free experience.

The overall appearance of the hotel was quite dated, both inside and out. The decor and hallways seemed tired and in need of renovation. Additionally, the bathroom in my room could have used a makeover. While the staff were nice and helpful, the experience I had with a lone individual pounding on my door without proper communication or authentication was both traumatizing and unprofessional. It left me feeling unsafe and concerned about the hotel's lack of proper emergency protocols.

The hotel is well located near SunTrust Park, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, such as Pappadeaux Seafood. It's also in a quiet location far from the highway and has great customer service. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the rooms are clean and comfortable with nice views of the park.

Parking is pricey and there are some areas of the hotel, such as the bathrooms, that are in need of upgrades.

Marriott Northwest At Galleria was an amazing place to stay! The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in a great area, and the staff. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel had excellent facilities such as a breakfast buffet that was simply delicious. The location was perfect, situated in a nice area near many businesses and close to Suntrust Park. However, the best part of this stay was the staff. They made me feel important and were always friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The customer service was outstanding and the hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My only complaint is that the hotel was not obvious to find.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location was fantastic. It was right across from the new stadium, which was really neat. Being close to SunTrust Park meant that I didn't have to go far if I needed anything. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located just off the interstate, making it easy to get around.

We loved this place! The location near the stadium was perfect for us, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a sitting area and coffee facilities.

Great for location and two free complementary drinks, food was good, and there was a shuttle service available. Rooms were good with comfortable beds and a balcony.

Maintenance and construction work being carried out till 8 pm, missing amenities like an ironing board and coffee machine, and dusty floors. Not great value for the cost of the stay and the pool was underwhelming.
