Great staff and quick shuttle. A/C was noisy and inconsistent.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, which was perfect for our early morning flight. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was a great convenience and the staff was very helpful in accommodating our early departure. Additionally, the room was clean and well, designed, providing a comfortable stay for the night.

One downside was the noise level in the room. the refrigerator was quite loud and the AC unit also added to the noise.

Breakfast was fantastic and the location of the hotel was super convenient, just minutes away from the airport and a short drive to downtown.

The pillows were absolutely horrible, so flat and uncomfortable. Also, there were issues with the credit card payment at check-in and the sliding bathroom door kept coming off the hinges, posing a safety hazard.

The breakfast was great and included fresh fruit and coffee all day. We had an issue with the bathtub facet, but the staff kindly offered to move us to another room. we enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn.

The room was exactly as pictured, clean, and welcoming with the lights turned on and air conditioning running. The linens, toiletries, and complimentary water bottles were exceptional. The pool was also clean and enjoyable. The 24-hour shuttle was efficient and reliable, getting me to the airport in just 5-7 minutes, giving me plenty of time to navigate before my flight. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way!

This hotel has a great location, being so close to the airport and offering a 24-hour shuttle service. It's also conveniently located near several restaurants and the international mall, making it easy to explore and grab a bite to eat. The staff here is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are well-equipped, with 2 double beds and even snacks included. The bed itself is very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. And to top it all off, the breakfast served here is a great way to start the day.

The night auditor was exceptional, always making sure I had fresh coffee whenever I needed it, even in the wee hours of the morning. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. a great experience at the Hampton Inn.
