We loved the cleanliness of everything, despite the slight run-down look. The hotel facilities, including the heated pool, hot tub, and sauna room, were a real hit for us. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful White Mountain area. Judy, the concierge, provided us with great information on where to eat and what there was to see in the area for the things we wanted to do. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

This hotel was such a great value for our family! Its location right on the slopes was perfect for our ski trip, and it was also conveniently close to all the area attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms had everything we needed - including a full kitchen! We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.

Additionally, the location is perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in the area, including the slopes and nearby North Conway for shops and food. The hotel's proximity to the slopes allows for a convenient skiing experience, right from the doorstep. Moreover, the rooms with full kitchens are a great feature, providing guests with the convenience of preparing their own meals. Lastly, the breakfast may be simple, but it meets expectations, providing a satisfying start to the day.

The hotel's location was great for exploring the nearby North Conway for shops & food. Plus, it's conveniently right on the mountain, making skiing in and out a breeze. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, while the pool area was clean and inviting.

The breakfast is personalised. The room has a beautiful view of the skiing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a standing fan. The pool and hot tub are heated, and it's ski in and out.

The service was extremely slow at the onsite Tap House restaurant. the rooms were uncomfortable and outdated, which made it difficult to relax.

Great location near popular attractions and sights. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette and dining table. The outdoor heated swimming pool was amazing, especially in the morning when you could watch the steam rising from it. The mountain top view from the room was also a plus.

The property and rooms were a bit dated and in need of updating. There were stains on the furniture and the stove was old and crooked.
