During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic facilities at our hotel. The location was perfect, just across the road and right next to the lake, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful views throughout our stay. The beach club and rooftop bar were our favorite spots, offering a fancy and modern atmosphere to relax and unwind.

The only downside we experienced was the loud music at the Sky Bar. It didn't fit in with the overall atmosphere of the hotel and made it less relaxing.

Lovely hotel with a magnificent view over Lago Maggiore. Close to the city center and ferry station. Spacious and clean room, huge balcony, good breakfast and convenient garage. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything was as it is seen on pictures.

I recently stayed at a hotel by the lake and it was amazing. The location is fantastic, right by the water and in a private garden area. The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing room service, laundry, and shuttle service. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including heating and air conditioning. The pool and spa area was wonderful with an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. The rooftop pool had an infinity edge with an amazing view. The staff provided great spa treatments, including body wraps and massages. The sun terrace had sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and garden furniture, which made it a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel La Palma! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed and a single bed. We loved the balcony with its stunning view of the mountains. The bathroom was luxurious, with a huge shower head and thick towels. The dinner we had was outstanding, served by waiters in tuxes. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We spent a relaxing afternoon in the front garden, enjoying the view of Lake Maggiore. The private pool overlooking the lake was a highlight. we can't wait to return to this beautiful and relaxing lakefront hotel.

The rooftop bar was a unique and enjoyable experience. The lounge and ground floor bar were also comfortable and inviting. The food at the hotel was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed breakfast, which had a wide variety of options. The lake view from our balcony was stunning, and having free parking was a nice bonus.

We got great value for our money at La Palma. The room was spacious, with a fabulous bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the islands. The hotel's location next to the lake was perfect, and the staff took great care of us, showing us how everything worked and providing excellent service.

The breakfast selection could be improved, with more variety and choices available.
