We had an amazing stay at this place! It is situated in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore around! Our room was cosy with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and coffee/tea making facilities. We loved how the staff was very friendly and helpful all throughout our stay. We also had a fantastic time at the rooftop pool, sunbathing and enjoying the view of the surroundings!

The location of this hotel is amazing, right in the heart of downtown and near South Congress. We loved being able to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is super clean and spacious, with modern and comfortable rooms. The staff here were great and really helpful. They were extremely friendly and helpful whenever a question arose. We were also impressed with the variety of services and amenities available, such as dry cleaning, wedding services, and wake-up service. The room amenities were also top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed spending time in the leisure swimming pool and the rooftop pool, which had a great sun terrace and sun loungers. The entertainment options were also great, with a pool with a view and free Wi-Fi in public areas. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

We spent our xmas holidays in downtown and enjoyed the festive atmosphere. The hotel had some nice decorations and offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to many holiday events and shopping. Plus, our room had a beautiful view of the city skyline.

They charged an outrageous fee for parking and didn't include Wi-Fi, which is a basic necessity in today's world. the walls were thin and we were disturbed by the alarm at a neighboring property during our stay.
