I absolutely loved the gorgeous pool area with its inviting cabanas, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun! The beautiful courtyard with outdoor games was such a fun bonus, making it easy to relax and enjoy quality time with friends. Plus, the complimentary bike rentals allowed us to explore the fabulous shops and restaurants right around the corner on El Paseo Drive!

Should you go for it? my answer

Location is spot-on, right by El Paseo with shops and eateries within walking distance. The staff is super friendly, and the pool area is fabulous, albeit a bit crowded sometimes. Daily yoga classes added a refreshing touch, making my stay memorable and relaxing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

The King Room with Mountain View was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. However, I faced some inconvenience as the kitchen closed early, and during my stay, I had issues with the coffee machine not being cleaned. It's a decent choice for a short stay, but plan your meals accordingly.

Valet service was convenient but slow at times.

I was given a room with 2 queens instead of my booked suite—what a downgrade. I also couldn’t believe I had to go hungry since the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. A complimentary bottle of water would’ve been a nice touch, but no, I received nothing. Almost gave you a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Proper nice spot, right by El Paseo. The pool area was lush and staff were friendly as anything. Only downside? No dinner after 9 p.m.! Still, loved relaxin' by the fire pits.

Felt like it was a home away from home.

the valet service seemed a bit off, but the fitness center was totally legit, with dumbbells up to 50lbs. plus, the location is super clutch for hitting up restaurants. loved the sweet outdoor games too!

Everything was exceptional.

It was just a fine choice for strolling in Palm Desert with high value for money. The outdoor fire pits were a nice spot to unwind after a long day. Make sure to check for late food options before arriving.

The hotel is centrally located near an array of restaurants and shops within walking distance. plus, they offer bikes for guests which we loved using to explore the area. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.
