The Best Western Louisville East provided great access to key attractions, and the room I stayed in was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, and had a sofa, chair, and desk right outside the elevator.

The room I was given had a few issues. The bathroom door wouldn’t close due to a broken hinge, and the carpet felt sticky underfoot.

The first time I stayed, staff helped with room issue late at night. I keep returning for city trips. Amenities like Wi-Fi, parking, late check-in, and breakfast suit perfectly. 24-hour reception, fitness center, indoor pool, and Jacuzzi are a bonus.

The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, including eggs, sausage, French toast, cereal, pastries. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Loved the "indoor heated swimming pool" that couldn't be used and the "friendly, helpful staff" who made inappropriate comments. Also, the room falling apart and not getting what I booked. Perfect stay!

Just a minor inconvenience, but the pool was closed before I even finished dinner. Such a shame!

We loved how easy it was to transport our luggage to our room, thanks to the helpful staff. The hotel's location was great, as it was close to several restaurants and shopping centers.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet area on the outskirts of town. It was peaceful and convenient at the same time. The staff here was amazing, always friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, even offering me snacks upon check-in. The room was top-notch, with all the amenities I could need like ironing facilities, a comfortable bed, and even a mini-bar. I especially loved the sitting area and in-room safe. It was like having a little home away from home. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and housekeeping was excellent. I also appreciated the breakfast options, it was a good start to the day.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the hotel's location. It was extremely close to everything, including stores and restaurants. The staff members, from the front desk to the cleaning people to the lady serving breakfast, were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring.

The bathroom had the toilet paper holder placed too close to the toilet, which could make it unsanitary. Additionally, there were issues with the breakfast and pool timings.

I keep coming back to this place for my business trips. Staff offer great help, like printing important docs. Wi-Fi, late check-in/out, fitness center, and breakfast suit me perfectly. Plus, they have an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and welcome drinks—no pets or smoking. I have no regrets.

We loved the breakfast, especially the pancake maker, and the fact that check-out was at 12 instead of 11. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we also appreciated the variety of activities available nearby.
