I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location across from the Segerstrom Center for the Arts is fantastic, especially if you are in town for a concert at the Segerstrom which is an easy walk across the street. The hotel's lake view and water features create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, being so close to great shopping was amazing. The service at this hotel was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel at home during my stay. They impressed me by their attentiveness and willingness to help with anything. The room amenities, including the comfortable bed and well-appointed furnishings, provided enhanced comfort. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was impressed by several aspects. the location was fantastic, situated in a very nice area near several great restaurants for dinner. Secondly, the rooms were beautifully laid out with nice views and elegant contemporary furnishings that included a balcony. Lastly, the hotel offered great value for money as prices were very reasonable, although breakfast was not included.

I couldn't find anything negative to say about my stay at this hotel, everything was ok.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect for us as it was quiet and peaceful, but also close to pretty much everything you want to do on a long vacation or staycation. We loved that there were several great restaurants for dinner within walking distance, and the fact that it was just a short walk to the Segerstrom theater was a huge bonus for us. The service was top-notch, with friendly and welcoming staff who always said hello and engaged us to assist. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hotel facilities were fantastic, including a wonderful spa and wellness center, a stunning outdoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The staff here were really friendly and very much in line with the service of other Marriotts - professional and friendly.

There were some issues during our stay that affected our experience. the elevator was not working, and we had to use a cargo lift which was uncomfortable and time-consuming.

We also loved that we could order a delicious meal in the middle of the night - perfect for those late-night cravings!

Our only disappointment was coming back to an untouched room after a long day of exploring. Despite hanging up towels and having extra washcloths, we were hoping for a freshened up room upon our return.

Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised when Julea upgraded me to a junior suite on my second night, showing exceptional customer service. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future.
