I had an incredible experience at this hostel. The staff, especially Matt, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and meet all our needs. The facilities were amazing, with a washing machine/dryer, nice showers, and curtains on the beds for privacy. The outdoor jacuzzi and bonfire added a nice touch, and the coffee stand with various creamers was greatly appreciated. This place truly exceeded my expectations and made my stay in Ember memorable.

My stay at the hostel was fantastic. The highlight was definitely the organized hike to Red Rock Amphitheatre. It was a great opportunity to meet and hang out with other solo travelers from around the world. The staff were friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had plenty of space. The outdoor space with the fireplace and jacuzzi was a popular spot in the evenings. The location was perfect, with good food and a dispensary nearby. I highly recommend this hostel for its value and amazing experience. We had a fantastic stay at a hostel that had a cool backpacker atmosphere. The common area was great, especially with the fun Movie Night every Monday. The beds were comfortable and the showers and bathrooms were well equipped and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even printed out a map for us and lent us a USB cable. The hostel had a lively atmosphere, particularly in the downstairs area and outdoor section. Highly recommended for any traveler, young or old. The location was also perfect, right in the middle of the city and within walking distance to everything.

The hostel had very clean and comfortable facilities, with private shower rooms and curtain cubicle-style beds that offered plenty of privacy. The location was also great, situated in a classy neighborhood near popular attractions. the staff was nice and made the stay enjoyable.

The hostel lacked a proper kitchen with only a tiny hot plate and small fridge, which made it difficult for guests to cook their own meals. The free food provided, such as donuts and oatmeal, was not up to par and seemed stale at times.

The hostel was beautifully renovated inside an old building, giving it a stylish and clean interior. The dorm rooms had curtains for extra privacy and USB outlets next to the pillow, which was super convenient. The showers and washrooms were on par with more expensive hotels, and I never had to wait to use them. Plus, the free coffee and fresh water made my stay even better!

The water pressure in the sinks was really weak, which was frustrating especially for someone like me who shaves daily. The key cards for both the front door and room doors had some issues, making it difficult and tedious to get in.

The price was a bit high and should have included a basic breakfast. There was no control over the storage of guests' bags, a storage room with a ticket system would have been better.
