I had such an amazing experience at this 4-star hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the historic downtown district. It's so convenient to be able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Plus, it's located in a renovated old factory building, which adds to the charm and uniqueness of the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had an elegant and clean vibe. the on-site restaurant was wonderful, and it was great for celebrating our anniversary.

There were a number of drawbacks to our stay. the parking situation was a hassle, with limited options available.

The industrial chic design of the hotel reminded me of Restoration Hardware interiors, creating a beautiful atmosphere. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and convenient, and I enjoyed the live music each night. The daily hot tea and cookie brought to our room were a delightful touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located near The Biltmore and within walking distance of great restaurants. The outdoor seating area in front of the hotel was a nice feature, and I appreciated having coffee and tea in the room.

We had some issues with housekeeping not cleaning our room daily, despite requesting it. Additionally, no one was available to help us with our luggage as we checked out for an early flight at 6:30 am.

Exceptional attention to detail in-room decorations and throughout facilities. Pleasant, helpful, and friendly staff. Enjoyable experience for a return trip.

This hotel has a great location, offering easy access to the downtown area. Guests will enjoy a beautiful room with luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed. We received great service from the valet and reception teams. The lounge area is a nice place to relax and unwind, and the hotel's ambiance is amazing. Guests have access to good amenities that can make their stay enjoyable such as a restaurant on-site.

Some of the staff members seemed distant at times, which can affect clients' experience.

The hotel's interior design was outstanding and well-preserved, and the ambiance was serene. the hotel's location was perfect, allowing easy access to the town, making it easy to explore during the Thanksgiving period. the hotel staff was friendly and available, making our stay easier and more stress-free.

Room service was not available, although plans were in the works. the room lacked coffee-making facilities, and there were no open bottles of Coke, with openers only being available in the gift shop.

The staff were excellent. The room was very attractive with a natural brick wall, modern amenities, and a large, comfortable bed. The AC system was quiet. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Great coffeehouse/bagel place nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The ambiance was amazing and the decor was impeccable. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. The cleanliness was top-notch and I felt safe and welcomed throughout my time here. The location was perfect, just minutes away from town. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the well-equipped fitness center. I appreciated the availability of the Tesla X for transportation. it was a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was exceptional, from the friendly valet to the helpful cleaning staff. The hotel's design and decor were absolutely amazing, making us feel right at home. Although it was a bit confusing to navigate at first, we quickly figured out the layout by the second day.
