I loved everything about the hotel. It was so nice to have the parking garage so I didn’t have to worry about parking. The hotel is so clean and the staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel is only a couple of minutes away from the beach which was awesome! The pool facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, provided ample relaxation for my family, enhancing our bonding time. Nearby landmarks like Fat Harold's Beach Club and Cherry Grove Oceanfront Park added to our enjoyment and exploration of the area.

Avista Resort's beachfront location in North Myrtle Beach provided the perfect view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment-style unit with a full kitchen gave me the comforts of home during my stay.

Had to call to have my room cleaned one day at 8:30 at night. They still didn't clean our room!

Georgio's Famous Pizza was a mouthwatering treasure, a true slice of heaven. Coach and Tracey's hospitality sparkled brighter than the ocean waves. The beachfront location was perfection for a peaceful getaway.

Why couldn't early check-in at least be by lunchtime? Waiting till after 4pm with five kids was a beach ball bummer.

staying at Avista was a delightful experience with friendly and helpful staff. they went above and beyond to address an issue with the dryer in the room, offering to dry and fold our clothes or provide coins for the laundry. the beach view was stunning, making it a perfect getaway destination.

The hotel's activities director hosts a variety of fun activities each week, including beach volleyball, tie-dye t-shirt making, and the ever-popular night crab hunt. I had an absolute blast participating in the beach volleyball tournament - it felt like I was in the middle of a real-life sports movie, diving for the ball and high-fiving my new friends.

i absolutely loved the direct beach access from our room - the sound of the waves right outside was magical! rooms were cozy, but i adored the ocean view. Drawback: slight mildew smell, though.

The parking situation was inconvenient, as we had to park on the ground level and then cross the road to access the building.

I stayed at Avista Resort for transit during my travel, and the convenience of the location was unbeatable, with Myrtle Beach International Airport being just 35 km away. The beachfront apartment-style units provided all the comforts of home, with stunning ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The indoor and outdoor pool areas, complete with a lazy river and two hot tubs, offered a perfect way to unwind after a long day of traveling.

The separation of the parking from the resort led to outrageously slow wait times for the elevators, causing some inconvenience during my stay. the room size was a bit small, requiring us to move the table onto the balcony to make space for the sleeper sofa.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Quick and responsive elevators. Well-maintained pool area with plenty of towels. Social activities and regular updates for guests. Great location, close to everything but not overwhelming.

The rooms were so spacious and well-equipped, we could've even cooked a meal if we wanted to, but the kids were too busy enjoying the pool area, and I could relax while watching them play from my room. The lawn chairs with misting were a nice touch, keeping us cool under the sun! Although the mix-up with the initial room wasn't ideal, the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue, ensuring our stay remained top-notch. ?

This place was perfect for my vacation! It was right at the beach, which was so convenient and beautiful. The room had everything I needed and more, like a balcony and kitchenette. The staff was helpful, especially Angela, and the service was excellent. I appreciated the free DVD rentals in the lobby and the clean pools and fitness rooms. I had a fantastic experience here.

Great amenities for families, including a pool area and lots of activities for children. Well-appointed rooms with a kitchen and plenty of supplies. Loved being able to watch my kids play while relaxing in my room. The misting for the lawn chairs was a nice touch.
