Our stay at the early 20th-century property was enchanting, with blooming magnolia and cozy vintage decor. the breakfasts were delightful, and our room exuded charm. A tea/coffee facility in the evenings would have been perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff's hot drink in the cold was a warm welcome. This cozy place has Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and a lovely picnic area. With a flat-screen TV, dryer, board games, and more, it's perfect for my city breaks.

Guests enjoy superb multi-course breakfasts with a variety of delicious dishes. the rooms are inviting, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with antique and vintage furnishings. the hosts are welcoming and talented, ensuring a pleasant stay. Homemade cookies in the vestibule are a nice touch, and the gardens are amazing.

Attended Rappahannock Wildfowl Carving Festival and stayed at this delightful B&B for 4 nights. the breakfasts were outstanding featuring quiche, crepes, frittata, hand-made scones, French beignets, and fruit creations. the hosts were warm and welcoming. Rooms were cozy with lovely vintage decor. Tranquil atmosphere, plus homemade cookies in the vestibule added a special touch. Excellent value and beautiful gardens to explore. Cons: Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
