I had an amazing stay at a clean hotel in a fantastic location for an unbeatable price of $77/night! The room was very clean, with high ceilings and all the essentials. I even found a hairdryer in the dresser drawer. The hotel had wireless internet, albeit for a fee, which we got for 3 days at around $25. Despite the not-so-great view from our room, the noise level was good as we weren't near the elevator. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and they even kept our luggage safe after check-out. The location was perfect, right where Chinatown meets upscale downtown. It was within easy walking distance to everything, including a 30-minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf, where we could explore the transformation of Chinatown into Little Italy and then into the bustling wharf area. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and great value.

Great value, great location. This hotel offers an unbeatable price for its location. It is conveniently situated just two blocks off of Union Square, in a safe and lively neighborhood. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check out at noon instead of the usual 11 am.

Noisy street and slow elevator. Unfortunately, the hotel's downtown location means that there is street noise, which can be bothersome at times.

The hotel's location was perfect for us. We were able to easily walk to China town and enjoy the nearby shopping. Additionally, we found it convenient to visit the museums and the hotel was just a 10-minute walk from the BART station. We were also thrilled that we could easily catch a cable car or trolley from this hotel. The hotel itself was on a good street and felt safe. We appreciated that it was not a large building like other big brand hotels. It was located in a quiet area, allowing us to easily walk to restaurants and cafes. The staff were lovely and provided great service. Our room, while simple, had thoughtful inclusions like a bedside table device charger and a modern TV. The bathroom, with its free-standing bathtub, had a nostalgic charm that we appreciated.
