The staff at this resort were absolutely fantastic! From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the outstanding service provided by the beach barman Marama, we were blown away. The "egg" chef at breakfast was not only talented in his culinary skills but also highly entertaining. Our rooms were impeccably serviced daily and the location of the resort was perfect. The food was delicious with plenty of gluten-free options for my kids who have celiac. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends and can't wait to visit again one day. The overwater bungalow provided jaw-dropping views, both day and night, and the snorkeling experience right under the bungalows was better than many paid excursions we've been on. Despite being fully occupied, the staff remained friendly and accommodating. The Polynesian show and cultural nights were a highlight with great food selections. The concierge made it easy to plan our daily activities and even helped us when one of our tours got cancelled last minute. The diving program at the hotel was top-notch. The rooms were well-maintained and did not appear dated as mentioned by others. The staff's commitment to speaking English was greatly appreciated. The breakfast offered an extensive variety and the snorkeling experience revealed stunning coral and fish, including swimming with turtles. The room itself was amazing, being able to see the fish through the floor while sitting on the deck and enjoying the breathtaking view of the lagoon and mountains.

The location and resort were amazing. the beach had cool waters and the concept of staying in a bungalow was very nice. the hotel was situated right on the lagoon, offering breathtaking views. the rooms had great views and were clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and always eager to help.

From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Our stay at the water bungalows was nothing short of amazing. The bungalows were well-maintained and had everything we needed, including snorkel equipment. The highlight was definitely being able to access the water directly from our bungalow and explore the beautiful corals. The staff went above and beyond to help me create the perfect atmosphere for a proposal, and it was truly a magical experience. The location was stunning, with a breathtaking lagoon as our backdrop. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, with delicious food and great live music nights. The complimentary drinks in the minibar were a nice touch. our stay at Sofitel was beyond our expectations.

The concierge made it easy to pick alternative programs when one of my tours was cancelled. The diving program at the hotel was also a highlight. The hotel staff made an effort to speak English, which was much appreciated.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was incredibly spacious and the location was perfect, with beautiful views of the private lagoon. The staff were extremely friendly and always went out of their way to help.

The morning meal could be improved by having more options for those who prefer meat dishes.

The hotel staff was friendly. The activity desk provided helpful information. The Reef Island Tour and snorkeling excursion were fantastic. The buffet style breakfast was one of the best in French Polynesia. The sunset view was amazing.

The location is superb with stunning views over Moorea and Tahiti islands. The hotel offers a coral regeneration program and a beautiful coral garden underneath the over-the-water bungalows. The grounds are large, green, and well-maintained. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the room cleaning is superb. The diving center on the grounds provides great diving and snorkeling opportunities.
