Champagne on arrival and overwater accommodation had everything you need. Beach and coral were the best on the island. Hotel heavily into conservation. Long and spacious beach, making you feel like the only guests. Fabulous unobstructed view of the sea from the pool. Selection of restaurants with stunning views and great dining experiences. Boutique feel to the resort. Staff went above and beyond, offering shuttle service for guests with walking difficulties

From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Our stay at the water bungalows was nothing short of amazing. The bungalows were well-maintained and had everything we needed, including snorkel equipment. The highlight was definitely being able to access the water directly from our bungalow and explore the beautiful corals. The staff went above and beyond to help me create the perfect atmosphere for a proposal, and it was truly a magical experience. The location was stunning, with a breathtaking lagoon as our backdrop. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, with delicious food and great live music nights. The complimentary drinks in the minibar were a nice touch. our stay at Sofitel was beyond our expectations.

Paradise in a nutshell. Attentive service, spacious rooms, and the best strip of beach on the island. The lagoon surrounding the hotel is filled with vibrant marine life. The beds are truly the best, ensuring a restful sleep. Don't miss out on the water activities offered by the nautical centre. Swimming and snorkeling in the lagoon is a must-do, with perfect weather and warm water. The pool and pool bar staff are amazing, and the rooms are comfortable with air conditioning.

The hotel had a great location with beautiful coral reefs that were perfect for snorkeling. the variety of fish and marine life was amazing. the breakfast buffet was impressive with unique options like passion fruit and mini sweet pineapple. the omelette and pancake chef was truly talented and entertaining to watch.

The overall maintenance of the resort was a bit disappointing. There were signs of wear and tear on the thatched roofs, wooden boardwalks, and inside the rooms.

The beach bungalows were clean and comfortable, with a nice mini bar and complimentary lunch when we switched rooms. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruit, crepes, omelettes, and croissants. the beach had crystal clear water and white sand, perfect for snorkeling. the staff was professional and warm, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to access.

The service at the restaurant was slow, with delays in getting our meals and dealing with billing issues. Communication among the staff was poor, resulting in confusion and frustration.
