The communication with the concierge through emails was lacking, and they never responded to my requests for help. the room had some maintenance issues, like a loose toilet and a broken hair dryer, which took some time to get resolved.

Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary Lexus cars for guests to use, which was a great convenience.

Furthermore, the impeccable service throughout the hotel, from the valet guys to the spa staff, made us feel truly special. The availability of bikes allowed us to explore local vineyards and enjoy a picnic with a bottle of wine. our stay at Bardessono Hotel And Spa was rejuvenating and unforgettable.
