I had an unforgettable stay at Barren River Lake State Resort Park! The dining experience was exceptional, with attentive wait staff and delicious food. The housekeeping team was attentive and the front desk greeted me warmly. The resort offered a variety of activities like horseback riding, kayaking, and beautiful trails. I can't wait to come back!

Although the stay was wonderful, there were a few minor inconveniences. The first night, I had to do some cleaning in the room as there were some issues with cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. The location on the lovely lake was perfect and provided stunning views. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and well-stocked cabins that had plenty of beds for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was a fantastic bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the cleanliness and peacefulness of this resort made it a truly wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at Barren River and had an amazing time. The location was beautiful, right by the river. The beds were so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The rooms were spacious and the bedrooms were roomy enough for three people. The villas had ample parking space for boats. The breakfast was good, although I would have liked more hot options. the location and grounds were lovely.

Enjoyed a romantic escape with my partner and we found the location to be perfect for a quick getaway. the room was spacious and cozy with a great view of the lake. the best aspects were the complementary bottle of wine and chocolates that were included in our package. the complementary breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to our standards. the bathroom had some mold on the shower curtain and there were some stains on the sheets.

The breakfast had good options, although could use more hot choices. The views from the balcony were beautiful and inviting. Vending machines were affordable and the restaurant served delicious food with generous portions. The rooms were spacious, especially the bedrooms. Parking was limited for boats at the cabins, but the villas had ample parking across the street.

We loved the beautiful grounds and the access to the beach and pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep.

The continental breakfast bar lacked options for those with sugar allergies, and there was no coffee available. Additionally, there were no nearby restaurants, and after 10pm, we had to travel 30 minutes for food or drink.

The location of Barren River Lake State Resort Park is absolutely perfect. The cabins are well spaced and offer a peaceful retreat. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of beds for our family. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, which we all enjoyed thoroughly.
