We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The landscaping was beautiful and made for a delightful view. Parking in front of our room was convenient. The maids did an excellent job keeping our room clean. The common area was cozy and inviting. We especially looked forward to the cookie happy hour every day. The location on the edge of town was perfect - quiet yet close enough to enjoy the restaurants and shops. We loved being near several outdoor activities and attractions in the Hills. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Cannot find any fault.

Lovely, quiet location near downtown. Clean rooms with friendly staff. All rooms have decks. Quick service for requests. Easy drive to Mount Rushmore and other attractions. Adorable property with activities and sitting areas. Deluxe building is well done and comfortable. Helpful and welcoming check-in. Highly recommend staying here. Excellent comfort and amenities. Great indoor and outdoor pools. Good breakfast with fruit and yogurt. Nice afternoon tea/coffee and cookies. Attractive floral displays. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for Custer State Park.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect, right outside of the state park. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is perfectly located in the mountains near all the hotspots. The staff is amazing and the indoor/outdoor pool is excellent with a luke-warm temperature. The rooms are clean and comfortable with beautiful flowers outside. The breakfast with fresh fruit toppings is a hit.

We had a wonderful time during our romantic escape at this hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering us great service throughout our stay. the room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, making it convenient for us to visit all the key spots we wanted to see. Moreover, the hotel offered a delightful breakfast with a variety of options to choose from, giving us a fantastic start to our mornings.

Nevertheless, there were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. the pillows provided in the room were a bit too soft for our liking, making it slightly uncomfortable for us to get a good night's sleep.

Absolutely loved the colorful and chic ambiance of this inn. The pancake and yogurt bar breakfast was delicious, and the cookie hour was a nice touch. Although the sink/counter could use more space, the room was spacious, and the hotel offered plenty of activities like an indoor and outdoor pool and an outdoor hammock. I highly recommend this unique gem in the Black Hills.

The indoor and outdoor pools were a hit with our kids, and the outdoor seating and swing set provided extra fun. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's attention to detail. The rooms were clean and odor-free, with bright flowers everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities were all there, and the location allowed me to relax and enjoy the view over a cup of tea. I found this hotel to be inviting and comfortable.

The only thing that could use improvement was the breakfast, which was a little on the small side. Perhaps adding another pancake machine would help.

We stayed for 6 nights at this fantastic family-friendly hotel. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities like a swing set, hammocks, indoor and outdoor pools, and more. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location, surrounded by trees and up on a hill, provided a quiet and secluded atmosphere. The homemade cookies in the afternoon were a special treat, and the pancake breakfast bar was a hit with the whole family. We loved our stay at Bavarian Inn!

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, helpful staff. Many on-site amenities, including pools, hot tub, and games. Good location for visiting Crazy Horse, Wind Caves, Mammoth Site, and Custer State Park. Comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, beautiful property with flowers. Will stay again if in the area.
