I got great value for the money I spent at the hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and the staff treated me like family.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement, maybe more options for a satisfying start to the day.

The location is perfect, offering assistance with activities, restaurants, and relaxation. The property is large and the bungalows are adorable, peaceful, and clean. Alisa was sincere and hospitable, making our stay memorable. Highly recommended for visitors to Islamorada.

The ocean views at this resort were absolutely breathtaking. We were lucky enough to have a room with a terrace and could enjoy the stunning vistas right from our accommodation. the location of the resort was also top-notch, offering easy access to the surrounding area and providing a convenient base for exploring. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

We were disappointed that the bar was closed during our visit. It would have been nice to unwind with a drink and enjoy the atmosphere of the resort.

We had a great weekend celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. Rooms were exceptional, service was fantastic. Beautiful property with clean rooms and a lovely heated pool. Kids enjoyed kayaking and we all loved the view. Staff, including the GM, were accommodating and made our stay special.

Great location, beautiful beachfront area and pool. We loved using the tiki bar and kayaks every day. the resort grounds were peaceful and had hidden treasures like an orchid greenhouse and a stone coffee table. Perfect for nature lovers and those looking for a relaxing vacation by the water. the owners were also very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom in our room was quite small and the pull-out bed in the couch was old and uncomfortable. It would be great if they could update the bedding and make the bathroom a bit more spacious.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a comfortable room with a large king bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, especially if you have your own boat, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Pines & Palms Resort was incredible! The private bungalow was comfortable and clean, with stunning ocean views. We loved the abundance of amenities, including bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and a pool. The staff was friendly and offered great tips for things to do in the area.

The location was great. It was so close to the beach and great restaurants. However, because of all the seaweed close to shore, it wasn't possible to enjoy the ocean. But, the room was cozy with a great view of the Atlantic and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The facilities were also quite clean.

There was one issue that detracted from our experience. The bed's air conditioning unit was so loud that it was difficult to sleep at night.

I recently stayed at Pines & Palms Resort for a few nights and it was simply fantastic. The sunrise views from the beach at the end of the dock were breathtaking. The watersports facilities, including paddleboarding and kayaking, were a lot of fun. The atmosphere at the resort was friendly and relaxing, with live music and happy hour at the bar. The room felt like home, clean and comfortable. The included bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards were a great touch, and the pool being open 24/7 allowed for a memorable night swim. a small and old-style environment that I highly recommend.
