Amazing hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The shower was incredible and the decor was beautiful. The food had a great variety and tasted delicious. The hotel had activities for everyone and the pool was enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great holiday experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently had our first trip to Egypt and stayed at a beautiful resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The resort, with its stunning views and comfortable accommodations, truly gave us that perfect holiday feeling. We didn't even feel the need to leave the resort, as there was so much to do and enjoy right there.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited evening entertainment options and some building work taking place, overall we had an excellent experience. The variety and quality of the food was impressive, with the option to dine around and try different cuisines.

As foreign tourists, we loved the spacious and clean rooms, delicious and varied food, and the friendly and helpful staff. The main swimming pool was also large and well-maintained, and the private beach was clean and inviting. The hotel provided lots of entertainment for kids, including a kids room and multiple pools for both kids and adults. The location was good, with a short walk to the beach and a free bus to Na'ama Bay.

Felt like home, no complaints at all.

The location of the hotel is great, in a lively square with plenty of nice restaurants around. It is also next to a beautiful beach. The main restaurant has a good selection of food, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

The animation team is not very engaging and does not provide many activities for guests to enjoy.

Magical one-day boat trip organized by Eihab. Mina from reception was kind and helpful with printing boarding passes. a great experience worth revisiting.

Complementary drinks and food were provided on arrival, the hotel was in close proximity to a shopping center, and the staff was accommodating.

Rooms were not clean, the WiFi was very poor, and the food options were repetitive and not tasty. the hotel lacked entertainment at night and the tour service offered was very expensive.

I had a wonderful vacation at Sierra! The place is absolutely beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, and the room service was prompt and efficient. One particular staff member, Mr. Mohamed Khadr, stood out with his respect, urbanization, and sophistication. He made a positive impact on my experience. I also want to mention Mr. Ezz Al - Arab, the supervisor of the main restaurant, who went out of his way to fulfill all my requests. Mrs. Rasha in the restaurant was also attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. this trip was very special, and I highly recommend Sierra to anyone looking to enjoy a delightful vacation.

the staff provided exceptional service from the moment I arrived at the venue. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. the beach access and garden area were perfect for my relaxation needs. I also loved the spa centre and massage services. the restaurant buffet served a delicious continental breakfast, and the bar/lounge area had an amazing selection of drinks. Snacks were available at the snack bar, and packed lunches were provided for those on, the, go.

The only negative aspect of this hotel was the night club, which could be heard from my room at night. Although, the venue ensured I did not miss any of the live entertainment shows.
