I recently stayed at Baymont in Franklin for a couple of nights with my family. The staff, especially Wendy at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our children feel special. The room, number 217, was spacious enough for us and the cot for our grandson. The bathroom was clean, and we enjoyed the hot water and good water pressure. The beds were comfortable, and the hideaway refrigerator had nice features. We also appreciated having enough channels on the TV and the complimentary coffee and juice in the morning. The hotel's location right off the interstate made it convenient for us, and while the pool was small, it was still open for use.

Would recommend this hotel.

Our room was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from. We really appreciated the convenient location close to downtown. Although there was a minor issue with the air conditioning, it was quickly fixed by the friendly maintenance worker. we would definitely recommend Baymont to anyone traveling to Franklin.

We stayed at Baymont in Franklin for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is great, just off the interstate, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive, with a lovely lady who came by daily to check if we needed anything. The hotel room itself was clean and newly renovated, with a comfortable bed and a powerful AC unit. The shower head was amazing, and we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere outside. The breakfast had a good selection, including Eggo waffles and a variety of cold cereals, toast, bagels, yogurt. a great hotel at a good price.

Great value for the price! The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it perfect for our overnight stay. The attention to detail, like the tube in the shower and the comfortable sofa in our room really made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start our day!
