Our stay at Baymont was fantastic! We originally booked for a night but extended to three. the location was perfect with nearby dining options and easy access to the Ark Encounter. the staff was exceptional - friendly and professional. the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfy with nice amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Plus, the inside pool was a great bonus.

Would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious, with a comfy king bed and sitting area. Loved the provided Dove toiletries and the overall tranquility. the location was spot on, close to all we needed and with easy access. Breakfast included a variety of options, from eggs and sausage to waffles and yogurt, a hearty start to our Xmas day.

Some rooms had maintenance issues with sagging mattresses and uncleanliness noted by previous guests. Inconsistent customer service experiences, from unaddressed complaints to rooms not being ready promptly.
