the room was 'clean' but who leaves dental floss on the ac? totally gross! the noise from the neighboring room made it impossible to sleep, and i expected a room upgrade for my troubles but got absolutely nothing. maybe if they paid a little attention, they'd know how to treat 'special' guests like me.
