This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my stay much more enjoyable. Secondly, the rooms were clean and updated, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the included breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of tasty options to start the day off right.

I recently stayed at Baymont in Pigeon Forge for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. There was a nice area behind the hotel to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The room, although a bit dated, was clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The fridge in the room worked well, and the breakfast offered was tasty. a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk lady was super sweet and got us checked in three hours earlier than expected. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The location was perfect, with a 10-minute walk to The Island and a nice Kroger just a three-minute walk away. We also loved the 20 dollar pet fee, which was a good deal.

Everything was perfect. Great location!! Easily accessible to everything. The host at the front desk Brenda was the best. She always greeted me with a smile and was so friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a wide variety to choose from. We will definitely be back!!

Location was great and close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was amazing and the staff in the breakfast area was very nice. However, housekeeping only made one bed one time in three days.

We loved the comfortable room and cozy bed, perfect for couples. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Kroger, Mel's Diner, gas stations, and many other attractions. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, being close to several restaurants and attractions. The service we received here was outstanding, from the friendly staff to the amazing breakfast. We enjoyed the variety of room amenities, including the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi in the rooms were also great bonuses. We especially loved the indoor swimming pool and the seasonal outdoor pool, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available.

I recently stayed at this hotel for Labor Day weekend and I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. the location is fantastic, with a diner right across the street that is a must-visit. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with amenities such as a microwave, refrigerator, and hair dryer. I was lucky enough to have my room upgraded to a king with a fireplace, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was also kept clean throughout my stay, which was a definite plus. Additionally, the spa tub in the bathroom was a nice touch, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day. And last but not least, the breakfast included was a great way to start each day.
