The staff were nice and tried their best, especially during breakfast.

Our first room had dirty sheets with lipstick on them. The breakfast selections were always running low and the eggs were cold by the time we got there.

this was my second stay in Rapid City and Baymont definitely impressed me this time. The hotel was clean, quiet, and a great value for money. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was convenient for exploring western South Dakota. Highly recommend!

Great staff, helpful and accommodating. the room upgrade was a nice touch.

The rooms were incredibly small, felt like a dorm room. the breakfast area was too crowded, causing a lot of congestion and people stepping all over each other.

We explored Reptile Gardens and were blown away by the amazing reptiles. The hotel's sports and entertainment facilities kept us busy with basketball and the pool. Plus, being close to Mount Rushmore meant we could snap some epic selfies. Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf was another highlight—so much fun!

Would've loved a more happening nightlife scene for us young party-goers!

The service was exceptional, offering room service, laundry, and even an airport shuttle. The room was cozy and had everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and a comfortable seating area. We also loved the indoor swimming pool and leisure spa, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff was very professional, granting our requests and making us feel very welcome.

We had a minor issue with the TV not working on our last night here, but the staff could have done better at customer service. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The staff at the front desk were incredible! The bathroom was spotless and the shower had excellent water pressure. Parking was convenient and well-lit. As bike riders, we appreciated the large areas for dogs to run.

As a family, we were thrilled to have plenty of activities to choose from, with the hotel's sports and entertainment facilities ensuring that our children had a wonderful time. The close proximity to the Dakota Fields Sports Complex and Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf provided us with endless entertainment options, making our family trip truly memorable.

In my wife's opinion, a small playground area for children on the hotel grounds would be a great addition for families with young kids.
