We had a wonderful romantic escape at this beachside hotel. the first thing we loved was the close proximity to the beach. We could easily walk there in just a few minutes, making it convenient for us to enjoy walks on the sand and breathtaking sunsets. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. They even allowed us to check-in early, which was a pleasant surprise. Another advantage we enjoyed was the cleanliness of the room. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One aspect we didn't particularly like was the lack of an elevator in the hotel. As we were on the second floor, we had to climb stairs, which could be a challenge for individuals with special needs.

The beachy rooms and ocean view balcony were perfect. Friendly staff went above and beyond. Clean and comfortable with great value. Convenient location near boardwalk.

The location was fantastic, just a block away from the beach and situated on a dynamic stretch of the boardwalk. Being so close to the beach made it incredibly convenient for us to walk over and enjoy the sun and waves whenever we wanted. the hotel also had a nice public balcony/deck with chairs where we could sit outside and relax. Additionally, the continental breakfast provided was light but satisfying, with options like breakfast sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, apple juice.

Dislikes/Worst Aspects:

Located conveniently close to the boardwalk, this hotel offered spacious balcony rooms with comfortable beds and a cozy blanket. The beach was right across the street and it was an easy walk to reach the nearby restaurants. Attractive amenities like free breakfast and outdoor shower were appreciated. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and prompt in providing clean towels and washcloths.

Despite many positives, some minor issues existed with lighting on the balcony that may disrupt sleep.

The double room we stayed in at Beach Bum Inn was perfect for our getaway. The air-conditioned room had a cozy city view and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries was a nice touch. Plus, the free WiFi and private parking made our stay hassle-free.

Personally, I found the DVD player in the room a bit outdated.
