As a tourist, I loved the friendly and informative staff, the cozy and comfortable rooms with ample storage, and the convenience of having a kitchen for longer stays. The location was perfect, with a quick walk to the beach and surrounded by stores and restaurants. Movie night at the pool was a cool bonus!

Felt like a home away from home, with nothing being too much trouble.

Our stay at the Beach Villa was amazing! The innkeepers, Bob and Cindy, were incredibly nice and competent. The entire property was clean and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I was able to sleep well from the first night. The room had a full-sized refrigerator and a working stove, along with other new and functional appliances. The shower was custom-tiled and had great water pressure from a Delta rainfall showerhead. We also loved that there were multiple high-end Weber Genesis II gas grills available for guest use by the pool. The location was excellent, close to Keenebunk, Wells, Ogunquit. The owners were also very kind and helpful, addressing any issues promptly. We had an overall comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. the location was also great, just a short walk from the beach and the pier. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to easily access all the attractions and shops in the area. One more advantage was the friendliness of the owners, who were always ready to assist and make sure we had a pleasant stay.

the shower pressure was quite low, making it difficult to have a satisfying shower. the walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which was a bit disruptive at times.
