The location of the hotel is extremely convenient as it is close to all Disney parks, making it easy to hop between them. The rooms are clean and spacious, with beautiful views from the windows. The customer service is outstanding, ensuring a pleasant stay. there are multiple on-site restaurants and even a Starbucks, providing a variety of dining options.

The pushy behavior of some staff members promoting a time share was unprofessional.

the condo was clean, well-stocked, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff and other guests were friendly and pleasant. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and amenities in the area.

The location of this condo is perfect for visiting all the Disney parks, as it's just a short 15-minute drive away. The convenience of being close to a Walmart Super Center is also a major plus, especially for buying Disney and Universal Studios merchandise. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and screened balconies.

There were some issues with the property manager and front desk. They made a mistake with the departure date, causing a lot of inconvenience and even causing one guest to miss their daughter's birthday party.

We loved the whole set up and appearance of the property. The room was very big with tons of natural light and had a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The hotel provided laundry soap packets, paper towels, dish soap, utensils, and even fresh ice. We had a pool view and a very nice screened-in balcony. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was close to all Disney parks, making it easy for us to get where we wanted to go.

Can't fault anything about it.

The hot tub was not as expected, the sliding door was problematic, the pillow was uncomfortable, and the floor needed constant cleaning. The screen patio had holes but was patched up. Although the location was not ideal for the grandkids, the WiFi was provided for free.

beautiful condo near disney world exceeded my expectations. location to parks was great, resort had restaurants, pools and activities. shower was amazing, kitchen and washer/dryer were convenient. everything you need is on the resort. a lovely place to be!

Check-in took an hour, wrong room given.

For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was lovely. The double shower head feature was a cool addition. The location was perfect, close to Disney and Walmart. The staff was friendly and responsive, quickly bringing us extra towels when we requested them.

Breakfast items could be better.

Amazing pool, loved the outdoor area with the barbecue. The kids had a blast at the playground. The condo itself had a fancy TV and seating area.

Bugs were the perfect roommates, outdated decor made me feel like I time traveled.
