The bed, pillows, water pressure, and cleanliness of the room were wonderful. The location next to the river park is very cool.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in the Portland area for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was sparkling clean, including the pool area which was exceptionally well-maintained. The staff, for the most part, were amazing and helpful during my stay. The suite I stayed in was comfortable and looked newly remodeled. The main bed was delightfully high, and both beds were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of having a Safeway right across the parking lot.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Gladstone was exceptional. The hotel's location was ideal for our needs, with a beautiful view of the river from our room. The room itself was impressively clean and had a pleasant scent, without any overwhelming perfumes. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us during inclement weather. The hot breakfast was delicious, and the eating area was well-maintained and spacious. I particularly appreciated the separate living room and computer table in our spacious room, as well as the convenient placement of the bathroom sink outside of the shower. The comfortable beds and overall positive experience have convinced us to return if we're in the area again.

This hotel has a fantastic river view that adds to the experience of visiting Portland. The location is convenient for exploring the city and there's an Adventist Christian bookstore nearby. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms with pull-out couches provide comfortable and spacious accommodations. The breakfast is also a nice touch.

Breakfast was delicious and provided plenty of options to choose from.

The soundproofing in the hotel was poor, and the traffic noise from the highway next to the hotel was too loud to ignore.

No notification about the room cleaning policy of only cleaning rooms for guests staying for 5 or more consecutive nights, which was inconvenient. Noisy due to the proximity to the freeway, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express was truly amazing! They took great care in cleaning the rooms, even going so far as to clean behind the nightstands. The walk-out balcony overlooking the Clackamas River was a peaceful spot, despite some highway traffic noise. The hotel's location near eateries and a grocery store was convenient, and the swimming pool and hot tub on the lower level were clean. The small town atmosphere added to the appeal. I will definitely stay here again, even if it means driving a bit further to my destination. I highly recommend this hotel.
