The queen bed in our room was comfortable, with quality bedding that stood out compared to the bunk beds. Cleanliness was impressive, and maintenance staff replaced towels and bedding daily. the bathroom could use upgrades; the tiles felt old, and the toilet seat had stains. Temperature control was adequate, keeping the space pleasant. The room itself was a bit dated, with an old carpet that had an odor. Noise levels were manageable, allowing for restful nights. The parking lot, while filled, seemed poorly maintained, which affected the overall impression of the stay.

Amazing attractions and outdoor fun just a stroll away

I absolutely loved how everything we wanted to do was just a short walk from our hotel, and with awesome water parks and a private beach right outside, we had an absolute blast soaking up the sun and playing in the water; whether it was walking to nearby ice cream shops or exploring the full playground with treehouses, every day felt like an adventure. The hotel features a relaxing pool, sauna, and spa, which were fantastic after our daily explorations, but the room could have used a better layout for hanging things in the bathroom.

The indoor swimming pool and heated jacuzzi were pure bliss! My kids couldn’t get enough of the thrilling water parks. Plus, the staff treated us like family, always ready with a smile!

Great location in central WI Dells. The room was clean and had air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a flat-screen TV. Amazing water park with slides and a beach right outside! Loved the kids' pool and sauna. My kids enjoyed the treehouse and bunk beds. Walkable to coffee and fun stuff.

The pool area was a huge letdown. The outdoor pools were completely locked up, and while it was raining, my kids just wanted a chance to play on the playground, but everything was off-limits. Super frustrating!

Second year returning. Family loves the lagoon and outdoor jacuzzi. Location is unbeatable—across from Mt. Olympus and a quick walk to shops. We adore Hot Rocks restaurant. The kids enjoy the ping pong table and the jungle gym, especially the huge slide. We even BBQ and make s'mores by the fire pit. my room wasn’t what I reserved. The treehouses were closed, contrary to prior confirmation. No bathroom in the cabin was inconvenient, especially for older guests. Noise from the pool area was disruptive. Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Humidity was an issue, and the shower lacked pressure. Still, the friendly staff and clean outdoor areas make us lean toward a return next year.

The blow-up obstacle course was a highlight, perfect for all ages, and the beach area added a nice touch. the thin walls and uncomfortable bedding left something to be desired, and the check-in process was confusing with hidden fees. While the staff were nice, they didn’t really help with issues like the ice situation or the breakfast options. The experience had great moments, but a few details could use improvement for a better stay.
