hilton totally exceeded our expectations during this wedding ceremony! the personal attention, wide range of food selection, warm swimming pool, and outstanding location made our stay unforgettable. we miss the wonderful breakfasts, the spa, and the attentive housekeepers. the entire staff was extremely polite and helpful.

We loved staying at this hotel! The view of the bay was absolutely breathtaking and being right in the historic town center was so convenient. The staff here really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the happy hour specials and the restaurant staff were amazing. The room itself was beautiful and had all the amenities we could ask for. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to others.

Our stay at Hilton was fantastic! We were in St. Augustine for a weekend getaway and chose this hotel for its amazing amenities. Our room had a jacuzzi tub right across from the bed and a breathtaking view of the bay. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and we especially loved the room service breakfast with steak and eggs, bagels with salmon and cream cheese, and mimosas. The hotel also had a steakhouse and a bar with daily happy hour specials. The staff was friendly and efficient, and we received great service throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning to Hilton for our future trips.

The hotel had a great location, with attractions and the harbor within easy walking distance. The view from the hotel was beautiful, especially at Christmas time when the decorations added to the festive atmosphere. The staff, particularly the valet, were friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit small and the view from the balcony was not the best, as it overlooked neighboring hotel balconies and doorways. The valet parking service was overpriced at $29 per night.

The Hilton provided a comfortable stay in a prime location. The rooms were nicely appointed with plush Hilton mattresses and the hotel was right in the center of all the activity, creating a festive atmosphere. The staff was excellent and the hotel had a beautiful view of the harbor. I highly recommend this hotel. I had a great experience at the Hilton.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything and with stunning views of the water. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for our romantic escape. It was right by the waterfront and we had a beautiful view of the bridge. The town was just behind the hotel, so we could easily explore all the attractions. We loved that there was a back door with card access, which made us feel secure. Plus, there was a great pizza place right next to the hotel that we indulged in.

Our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Our room wasn't ready at the agreed check-in time and we had to settle for a different room.
