In my wife's opinion, the hotel could consider offering more children's activities for families with kids.

I always return for the weekend. The helpful staff made my first stay memorable by assisting with printing. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, late check-in/out, indoor swimming pool, and a fitness studio. It has everything I need for a comfortable stay.

The Best Western Alamo Suites provided a comfortable and spacious room with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar. The suite was exceptionally clean and quiet, making my stay truly enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient and within walking distance to major attractions and the River Walk.

While the indoor swimming pool was a major draw for me, I was disappointed when the manager brought her children into the pool area who then ran wild, making it difficult to enjoy the facilities. It would have been nice to have a more peaceful and controlled environment for relaxation and leisure.

The location was super convenient, just a quick drive to Six Flags and a short walk to downtown. The big TVs in the rooms were awesome for chilling out after a day of rollercoasters and sightseeing.

It would've been even more fun if there was a pool or a rooftop hangout spot at the hotel for us to chill and have fun in the evenings.

The value for money was excellent - half the price of hotels at Riverwalk, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was convenient, only 8 minutes by car to the Alamo and Riverwalk, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and better quality options.

My recent stay at Best Western was a great experience. the staff were pleasant and the facilities were very nice and clean. the free continental breakfast was perfect every morning, with a variety of fresh options available. the hotel's proximity to all the things we wanted to see and do was outstanding, especially considering the price.

The hotel is conveniently located in a highly trafficked area, right in the warehouse district on a one-way street. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including the sofa and balcony, make for a comfortable stay. Moreover, having 3 king-sized beds in the room is a great bonus. The breakfast, with its Texas waffles and decent options, is a delicious start to the day.

The pool and fitness hours could be extended by 1 hour on both ends and the hot tub could use better cleaning/updating.

Breakfast had a waffle batter issue but was eventually refilled. Location was further than expected for walking, but good if you have a car. Receptionist provided excellent customer service, recommending sights and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were clean with enough towels. Room on third floor was clean and lovely.
