I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and Suites in a nice area away from the loud traffic. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always greeted me. The indoor pool was perfect for my little one who isn't a fan of the ocean. The king suite was spacious with a huge Samsung smart TV and charging stations on both sides of the bed. The room was exceptionally clean, thanks to Lakiyah, who did a wonderful job. The breakfast was great too!

During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and parking offered at the hotel. the location was also very convenient as there were plenty of nearby shops and restaurants to choose from. the room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.

There were some disturbances during our stay that affected our ability to rest properly. There was loud slamming and banging from the room above ours on two consecutive nights, and it sounded like someone was running up and down the floor all night.

The ADA guest room was incredibly spacious and easy to move around in. As someone who values accessibility, I truly appreciated the thought put into making the room comfortable for all guests.

Personally, I found the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim. But I know others may not mind.
