The staff were friendly and apologetic when our room wasn't ready. the in-room dining was well set up and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. the spa was private and the massage was amazing. the restaurant down the cliff had a great view and was an unforgettable experience.

The service was sometimes slow and we had to wait longer than expected for certain requests. the stairs and the lift to the restaurant down the cliff were a bit scary and inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay here. The a la carte breakfast was excellent, offering a select local and international menu with delicious pastries made fresh overnight. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff provided outstanding service. We were particularly impressed by our butler Stefanus, who went above and beyond by delivering our forgotten belongings to the airport on a motorcycle. The attention to detail and level of service truly made us feel like we were in a 6-star hotel. Additionally, the location on the Uluwatu cliffs was breathtaking, providing easy access to East Bali, Nusa Dua, and Seminyak.

Rose, one of the staff members, made our stay truly special with her exceptional attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort. The customized services provided by all the friendly staff members were outstanding. The hotel's luxurious atmosphere and impeccable service put it in the top tier of hotels I've visited worldwide. The ocean view from the main pool and restaurant, as well as the private beach, were simply fantastic. I can't wait to visit this resort again when I return to Bali.
