The Best Western in Big Bear Lake exceeded our expectations. The spa was conveniently located beneath our room. Breakfast had a great cafe feel with delicious customized options. The staff were friendly and accommodating. our stay was fantastic and we will definitely return.

As a satisfied hotel guest, I recently stayed at Best Western in Big Bear for a weekend getaway. The nicely appointed room offered ample space, and the included breakfast was a delicious treat. While the choices were slightly limited, the made-to-order options were fresh and satisfying. The staff was consistently friendly and professional, and the hotel itself was in excellent condition, with ongoing renovations. The game room and fitness center were both well equipped and clean, adding to the overall positive experience.

Stayed for two nights during 4th of July weekend and were thankful we picked a location away from the hustle and noise of The Village area of town. Beautiful property, very nicely landscaped, tucked into the woods with all the necessary amenities on property or nearby. Hotel was nicely decorated. Staff was efficient and polite at check-in. Apples and coffee available in Lobby as well as area map and tour information. Complimentary breakfast was great, with a full-service hot meal along with buffet items. Comfortable beds and bedding, in-room refrigerator and microwave, and a cozy gas fireplace. Free wi-fi and a well-maintained pool area with barbecue for use. Can recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious mountain hotel. The location was perfect, close to the village and tubing area. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to assist us. The service provided by the bell staff and porter was exceptional. The housekeeping team ensured that our room was spotless and well-maintained. We also appreciated the wide range of amenities available, from the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi to the on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area. The room itself was spacious and had a beautiful view from the balcony. we were impressed with the comfort, quality services, and enhanced experience provided by this hotel.
