The location was convenient for my business trip and the waffles at breakfast were nice.

We walked into our room and found people already there, which was really unsettling. Customer service was unhelpful when I reported double charges and the bathroom was tiny, making it hard to even move around.

We loved the clean and organized room, complimentary breakfast with accommodating staff, and the refreshing heated pool and relaxing spa. The accessibility of the 2nd floor without stairs was a great help for my older aunt.

As adults, we loved the spacious and comfortable room with all the amenities we needed, such as iron, ironing board, two sinks. The location right off the freeway was very convenient, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel had a nice Western/Spanish decor, and the breakfast overlooking the pool was fantastic. it was a great value for a family or group traveling together, and we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

We felt welcomed, and we have no complaints whatsoever about our stay.

We had a great time staying here! The room we had was spacious enough for our family of four and clean as well. The breakfast was good with plenty of options that even our kids loved. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the Pismo Beach area. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

We enjoyed our city break at a hotel that offered complimentary breakfast and 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. the key location where the hotel is situated made it easy for us to explore the area. One advantage we enjoyed was the temperature of the pool which was perfect.

The water pressure in the shower was poor and the sofa bed had worn arms which was not very comfortable.
