I had a very good stay at this hotel in Celina. The location was great as it was directly across from Bob Evans, Walmart, and a strip mall with a grocery store and several other dining options. It offered good value for the money, with affordable prices and attention to detail in the basic amenities provided. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and functional.

No major issues, everything was alright.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Best Western. The size of the room was perfect and it had all the amenities I needed, including a fridge, coffee maker, and blow dryer. The housekeepers were friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was in order. The hotel also had an indoor pool and hot tub, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast buffet was always delicious and well attended by the staff. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Best Western.

The only drawback was that the entry to the hotel was small and the pillows in the room were lumpy. However, I am hopeful that the hotel will address these issues for future guests.

The breakfast at this hotel is absolutely amazing, definitely one of the best I've had in years. The staff takes pride in their work and it shows. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and the staff is very nice. The pool, although smaller than usual, is conveniently located right in front of the front desk.

No complaints here, as old people, we felt welcomed and had nothing to complain about.

The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city. the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel was also clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

There was a lack of communication from the hotel regarding reservation details and cancellation policies. the customer service representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed dismissive.

The hotel is close to everything you need and is located next to an adorable bowling alley. The Jacuzzi tub in the room was a great addition to my stay. The basic amenities were good and the staff was attentive.

One flaw is that the toilet and tub room is quite cramped.
