There was nothing I didn't like.

As young people, we really appreciated the friendly and informative staff at the front desk, especially Vanessa and her team. They were quick to address any issues and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and smelled great, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The comfortable beds provided the perfect respite after a long and not-so-pleasant weekend. The location was also convenient for us, and we enjoyed the free shuttle service to and from the airport.

We felt welcome and had no reason to complain during our stay.

The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and ample parking. The location was convenient, with a short distance to Midway Airport and various restaurants nearby. my experience at Fairfield Inn was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it.

Located in great proximity to the airport, this hotel proved to be a convenient choice for us. The shuttle service runs 24/7, which was so helpful considering our overnight layover and unexpected stay. The check-in staff was super nice and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds.

The price was a bit steep considering the run-of-the-mill nature of the hotel.

The breakfast was enjoyable and the staff was welcoming. The front desk clerk was attentive and the cook made sure guests were happy. The bed was comfortable and the morning breakfast was a nice touch.

She was so friendly and greeted guests as they enjoyed their food. The tables and buffet area were always clean thanks to her. Please recognize her for her exceptional customer service!

Staying here was a great experience! This place had everything I needed and more. First of all, the location was very convenient being so close to the airport and having a few restaurants, including amazing pizza, right on the corner. The service was also fantastic with helpful staff willing to provide room service, dry cleaning, and even a wake-up call. I also appreciated the free airport shuttle, making transportation easy. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I could need, including an in-room safe and ironing facilities. a great stay!

Nothing not to love.

During our stay at Fairfield Inn, we were delighted by the convenient location. It was situated in a cluster of restaurants and hotels just a short distance from Midway Airport. The free shuttle service to and from the airport, shared among neighboring hotels, made our late-night arrival and early morning departure hassle-free. Check-in was quick and friendly, and we even received an upgrade to a spacious King Suite.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to the airport and there were a few restaurants nearby, including the mouthwatering Lou Malnati's pizza. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail in the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a great stay. The rooms were spacious, with a comfortable sofa bed, although I wish there were sheets for it. Additionally, the breakfast selection was impressive.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.
